Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will join Nestlé’s global Internal Audit program, a 3.5‑4 year rotation that provides exposure to all business functions worldwide. The role involves conducting risk‑based audits, evaluating controls, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audits of business units, sales branches, factories, head offices and processes.
• Assess processes and controls to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies and procedures.
• Guarantee reliability and integrity of reporting, confidentiality of information and safeguarding of assets.
• Identify control enhancements and propose process improvements.
• Communicate findings, obtain agreement on corrective actions and present results to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update audit programs, manuals and tools.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Law or a comparable field.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in finance, audit, marketing, sales, supply chain or related areas.
• Strong business acumen with a preference for finance literacy.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• High learning agility, flexibility, curiosity and openness to diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally up to 70% of the time.
