Internal Audit Manager – CSV & IT Compliance (Hyderabad)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead Computer System Validation (CSV) and IT compliance initiatives for its advisory practice in Hyderabad. The role will support clients across industries by delivering end‑to‑end internal audit services, leveraging risk technology and regulatory expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CSV and IT compliance projects for clients.
• Design and execute test plans covering positive, negative, regression, smoke and sanity testing.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Implement change control and deviation management processes.
• Provide guidance on GAMP5, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IA capabilities with cyber, forensics and compliance services.
• Utilise CSV tools such as Valgenesis where applicable.

Required profile

• 4‑12 years of experience in Computer System Validation, software testing and IT compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and V‑Model approaches.
• Experience in manual testing and defect management.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GAMP5, GxP, US FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ALCOA+).
• Ability to manage change control and deviation processes.
