Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Interior Site Supervisor to lead interior fit‑out projects from execution through handover. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality workmanship, meeting project schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day interior fit‑out activities at project sites.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Inspect workmanship, enforce quality standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, tools and equipment efficiently.
• Verify measurements and site conditions before execution and resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Manage procurement and material availability on site.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Attend client meetings, provide progress updates and coordinate handover, snag rectification and final documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out, commercial, residential or turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and shop drawings.
• Experience in project scheduling, site planning and execution management.
