Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

This is an immediate, full‑time opportunity for an Interior Site Supervisor with 1‑3 years of experience. The role is based in Ernakulam and requires daily travel to ongoing interior project sites using a personal two‑wheeler and a valid driver’s licence. Candidates who can join right away are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Prepare project plans, generate work‑progress reports, and coordinate multiple teams on site.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, handling site escalations as needed.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in interior site supervision.
• Based in Ernakulam, willing to join immediately.
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler.
• Strong attention to detail, process‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal communication in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
• Team player, fast learner, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
