Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities on interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, to quality standards, and safely. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and effective problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Lead site staff, subcontractors, and laborers, providing guidance and training.
• Ensure work meets project specifications, plans, and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain site‑specific safety plans, conduct orientations and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to coordinate deliveries and updates.
• Resolve site conflicts, technical challenges, and design inconsistencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, track labor hours, productivity, and assist with budgeting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience supervising interior construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.

Required skills
