Interior Designer – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Interior Designer to join our Bardez studio. The role involves creating design concepts, space plans and material selections for residential, commercial and hospitality projects while working closely with the design lead and project team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed space plans that respond to client needs.
• Prepare construction drawings, material specifications and presentation boards.
• Select and coordinate FF&E, including furniture, fixtures, finishes and accessories.
• Communicate design intent to clients, contractors and vendors.
• Support on‑site execution, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain consistent design language across projects.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong space‑planning abilities and understanding of how interiors integrate with architectural elements.
• Experience preparing technical documentation for contractors and vendors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bardez and interact confidently with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software.
