Integration Project Manager

About the role

The Integration Project Manager is responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions that meet architectural specifications and GTS standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, balancing IT service management, client interaction, and technical execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and orchestrate contributions from system engineers, network admins, backup operators, DBAs, middleware specialists, security teams, and other technical experts.
• Collaborate with business‑unit project teams to build required infrastructure and resolve integration issues until go‑live.
• Analyze requirements, commit to deadlines, and act as the interface between GTS technical teams, solution architects, consultants, and development teams.
• Provision infrastructure using automation tools or service‑desk tickets (server creation, software installation, configuration).
• Perform basic verification on Linux, Windows, AIX environments and conduct disaster‑recovery tests before applications launch.
• Advise clients on procedural steps required for successful go‑live and maintain project tracking records.
• Participate in cost and time estimation using internal tools.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of project‑management experience with an agile mindset.
• Strong technical background across system administration, networking, virtualization, and application deployment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact daily with clients and technical contributors.
• Ability to manage 7‑10 projects simultaneously and proactively identify and resolve obstacles.
