Instructor Associate Manager

About the role

The Instructor Associate Manager leads a team of facilitators to deliver high‑quality, learner‑centric training programs for Accenture’s global clients. Operating across virtual and in‑person formats, the role blends delivery oversight, people leadership, and client engagement to ensure consistent facilitation excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of instructors, maintaining delivery standards and audience engagement.
• Conduct delivery observations, calibration sessions, and provide actionable feedback.
• Partner with internal learning teams and client stakeholders to design and refine facilitation strategies.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Support strategic delivery planning, cohort design, and hybrid learning model implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10‑12+ years of experience in adult learning delivery and instructor‑led training.
• Proven track record of leading facilitator teams or managing delivery quality at scale.
• Experience delivering learning to global, culturally diverse audiences.
• Subject‑matter expertise in areas such as leadership, communication, onboarding, or functional training.
