Inspections QC Analyst

About the role

The Inspections QC Analyst reviews inspection results, ensures compliance with draw requests, and manages system defects within Altisource's construction management processes. The role supports project analysis and client communication to maintain high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review inspection results and ensure compliance with draw requests.
• Identify, capture, and manage system defects.
• Update proprietary construction management software with status, support documentation, and customer service notes.
• Perform analysis on proposed construction projects and review contractor qualifications.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external clients to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience with construction management or a BE in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills for global team collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, highly organized, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
