Insights Analyst – Data & Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Insights Analyst to join the Customer Services Analytics team at Etraveli Group in Mumbai. You will turn complex travel data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational performance and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build, report and analyse drivers of operational Key Performance Indicators.
• Conduct deep‑dives into key metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses supporting strategic initiatives.
• Spot opportunities to improve operational performance and processes.
• Provide data‑driven answers to stakeholder business questions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• University degree in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science or Physics.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and analytical functions.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Understanding of data‑modeling techniques and their use for self‑service reporting.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to translate complex findings for a broad audience.
