Inside Sales Representative

About the role

StarClinch, India’s leading artist booking platform, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing sales team in New Delhi. You will be responsible for converting high‑value opportunities into long‑term partnerships with brands, agencies and event organizers.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding client requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Recommend suitable artists, influencers, celebrities and entertainment solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare customized proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value deals using a consultative sales approach.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports and customer interaction logs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Artist Management to improve lead quality and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with brands, agencies, corporate clients and event organizers to drive repeat business.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or inside sales, preferably with prior team‑handling experience.
• Consistently achieved or exceeded revenue and sales targets in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
