Inside Sales Executive – SaaS & ERP Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing SaaS and ERP team. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, and turn interest into qualified sales opportunities through effective communication and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce our SaaS/ERP solutions and qualify leads.
• Understand customer needs, present product features, and deliver live demos of Zoho‑based solutions.
• Schedule appointments, conduct follow‑up calls, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system and track sales metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and within a team.
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele‑calling, lead generation or demo presentation in an IT SaaS environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM.
