About the role

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Associate to join our Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) sales team in South Kolkata. The role focuses on handling inbound warm leads, understanding customer needs and converting conversations into sales of spiritual and wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and warm customer leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate spiritual and wellness products.
• Address customer queries and objections, building strong relationships.
• Drive conversions through consultative selling and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C or B2C product sales.
• Ability to understand customer preferences and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to meet or exceed revenue targets.
