Injection Molding Operator

About the role

The Injection Molding Operator will work full‑time on‑site at our Changsari facility, operating injection molding machines that produce plastic furniture components. The role focuses on setting up, running, and monitoring equipment while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, start, monitor, and adjust injection molding machines for efficient production.
• Load raw materials, check and change molds, and perform routine machine checks.
• Record production data and inspect finished parts for defects according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following housekeeping and safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Required profile

• Strong machine operation experience, preferably with injection molding or related plastic processes.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, visual inspection, and measurement checks.
• Ability to perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Willingness to work shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
