Infrastructure Trainer (Learning Experience Expert)

About the role

You will join a Global Services Delivery Center Enablement Team that provides scalable, high‑quality services to leading organisations and their partners. The role focuses on empowering employees and partners to successfully deploy the 3DEXPERIENCE platform worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Enable employees and partners to implement the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for global customers.
• Deliver classroom sessions, live virtual trainings and occasional worldwide travel to conduct trainings.
• Provide training material, mentoring and ongoing support to become a top‑performing trainer.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform or other PLM solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and logical skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide for training sessions.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience configuring Apache and Application Server (TomEE+).
• Administration experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade, migration, administration and installation is a plus.
