Infrastructure & Operations Engineer – CloudOps Support

About the role

EY is seeking an Infrastructure and Operations Engineer to join its Global Delivery Services TechOps team. The role focuses on supporting Windows and Linux environments, basic networking, and application operations within cloud platforms, while contributing to DevOps and ITSM processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for Windows and Linux operating systems, including networking and application troubleshooting.
• Assist with ServiceNow re‑implementation and related ITSM activities (incident, change, root‑cause analysis).
• Utilise observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Zscaler, OEM tools, and database performance analyzers.
• Participate in deployment processes, basic development practices, and documentation upkeep (SOPs, KEDB, OCM).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps support and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Ability to work with monitoring and observability solutions and maintain detailed documentation.
