Infra Tech Support Practitioner – French

About the role

We are looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner who will ensure the availability and performance of our production systems while providing French‑language support. You will work independently and collaboratively within a Service Desk environment, helping to resolve incidents, restore services, and maintain critical operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production systems to guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Drive incident and outage resolution, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Facilitate rapid restoration of services to the production environment.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to protect critical operations.
• Implement data retention practices in line with organizational policies.

Required profile

• Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.
• Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
