About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support and Network Administrator to provide reliable hardware and networking assistance across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure that desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity are maintained and quickly resolved for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day hardware support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity issues.
- Provide end‑user technical assistance and troubleshoot incidents promptly.
- Maintain documentation of support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hardware and networking support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, printers, LAN and Wi‑Fi.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
