Information Technology Sales Executive

About the role

Babysoft Software is looking for a dynamic and target‑driven IT Sales Executive to generate business for its IT services, including mobile applications, travel integration, PMS and custom software development.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for website, mobile app, and custom software projects.
• Connect with prospective clients and promote services in the local market.
• Understand business requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow‑ups.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long‑term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales‑pipeline records using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT services and software sales (2–3 years).
• Good understanding of website development, mobile applications, custom software, and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling client calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and demonstrations.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an IT or business background is preferred.
