About the role
We are seeking an Information Analyst intern, open exclusively to candidates with disabilities, to support data collection, analysis, and reporting for SLA performance and transformation benefits. The internship offers a stipend of 15,000 INR and is based in Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities
- Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reports, raw data files, and BI dashboards.
- Analyze SLA data and transformation benefits to identify patterns and propose metric changes.
- Generate and present reports on SLA performance, CSAT, resource utilization, and benefit realization.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings.
Required profile
- Disability type: low vision, hard of hearing, or locomotor disability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience using Power BI, MS Access, and Copilot.
