Informatica IDMC Developer – Cloud Data Integration

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Informatica IDMC Developer to design, build and maintain cloud‑based data integration solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure and high‑quality data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement end‑to‑end data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC services (CDI, CAI, CDQ).
• Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Create complex mappings, workflows, task flows and transformations for enterprise data integration.
• Enable real‑time, batch and API‑driven integrations using REST/SOAP and event‑based patterns.
• Define data integration architecture, enterprise data models and ensure performance and scalability.
• Lead MDM initiatives (Customer 360, Business 360, Reference 360) on the IDMC platform.
• Establish best practices, reusable components and frameworks for IDMC implementations.
• Drive cloud migration, hybrid integration strategies and data governance frameworks.
• Monitor data accuracy, lineage, metadata and optimize pipelines for performance.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot production issues and manage Secure Agents.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering cloud‑based data integration projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and enterprise data management.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery teams.
• Ability to work with multiple business stakeholders and technical teams.
