Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer‑driven campaigns for political, government and commercial clients across India. Based in Raipur, you will combine strategic planning with on‑the‑ground execution, travelling extensively to activate and manage field deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise influencer campaigns for political, government and commercial mandates.
• Oversee the full influencer lifecycle – from identification and onboarding to content delivery and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with political strategists and government officials to ensure messaging alignment and effective outreach.
• Travel across India, managing on‑site activations and long‑duration field deployments, with up to 70% travel time.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain professional relationships with influencers, handling all communications discreetly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Proven track record managing political or government campaigns at state or national level.
• Established network of influencers across relevant categories and platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay at campaign locations for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
