Infection Control Nurse – Full‑time, Bengaluru

About the role

The Infection Control Nurse will join CliniLaunch Research Institute in Bengaluru to lead and coordinate infection prevention and control activities across the institute and its clinical training sites. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a safe environment for staff, trainees, and patients by applying evidence‑based practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct infection risk assessments and monitor infection trends.
• Oversee hygiene, sterilization, and disinfection procedures.
• Develop, update, and enforce infection control policies in line with regulatory standards.
• Educate and train healthcare staff, students, and trainees on infection control guidelines.
• Document infection‑related incidents and prepare analytical reports.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and quality improvement teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent with valid registration.
• Strong background in infection control and prevention practices.
• Experience in clinical or hospital‑based nursing care.
• Knowledge of infectious diseases and clinical research environments.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
