About the role

The Road Operations In‑charge will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics of road freight, ensuring that dispatch plans align with plant production and that orders are executed on time. This role coordinates closely with vendors, the marketing team and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient fleet utilization and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Align dispatch plans with plant output and ensure timely order execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive fleet availability.
• Track STO movements and oversee truck yard operations.
• Optimize routes, freight and maintain transport databases.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards and conduct trainings.
• Drive efficient fleet utilization and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing team for depot/segment priorities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to align dispatch plans with plant output and ensure timely order execution.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and driving fleet availability.
• Knowledge of tracking STO movements and overseeing truck yard operations.
• Capability to optimize routes, freight costs and maintain transport databases.
• Understanding of safety standards implementation and conducting related trainings.
• Strong focus on efficient fleet utilization and cost optimization.
• Collaboration skills to work with marketing teams on depot and segment priorities.
