Inbound Supply Manager

About the role

We are excited to announce an opening for an Inbound Supply Manager. The role ensures short‑ and long‑term material availability by managing inbound supply chains across external suppliers, Ericsson supply sites and contract manufacturing sites. It acts as a bridge between R&D, Production Management and Sourcing to optimise time, capital resources and inventory while strengthening supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a plan‑driven supply chain, aligning execution with the agreed demand‑supply plan.
• Monitor deviations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain service level KPIs for customers and control inventory levels according to supply strategy.
• Coordinate and optimise global and regional demand planning, including risk prediction.
• Ensure material availability, purchase agreement compliance and handle purchase orders.
• Manage supplier performance, track inbound shipments and support demands from other hubs.
• Oversee excess inventory management.

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning.
• Experience in procurement and purchasing.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP and Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Understanding of market insights and Ericsson portfolio.
