Inbound Sales Representative – Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will handle voice, email, and chat interactions, primarily for US‑based clients, and provide timely resolutions to employee, customer, and vendor queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails and chats, ensuring 60‑70% of interactions are resolved via voice.
• Address customer and employee queries, escalations, and complaints while meeting SLA targets.
• Document issues and follow established guidelines to close faults and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supervisors to deliver consistent service quality.
• Work night‑shift hours aligned with IST to support US time zones.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer or employee support, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with quick learning agility.

• Proficiency in using contact‑center platforms and software for voice, email, and chat support.
