Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will work within the Customer Support vertical, handling employee, customer and vendor queries while ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inbound customer queries, escalations and complaints through calls, emails and chats.
• Close faults and complaints within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide support across multiple channels, with 60‑70% of interactions handled via voice.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supervisors to follow guidelines and improve processes.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on pending issues.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer or employee support, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Quick learner with high attention to detail.
• Availability for night‑shift work aligned with US time zones (IST night shift).
