Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers, employees and vendors, primarily for US‑based clients, and requires night‑shift availability aligned with Indian Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer, employee and vendor queries via phone, email and chat.
• Handle escalations and complaints, ensuring resolutions are provided within defined SLAs.
• Close faults and complaints efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a 60‑70 % call handling volume while managing the remaining interactions through email and chat.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workload and share best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer or employee support, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work night shifts to support US‑region operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, logical thinking and quick‑learning abilities.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good prioritization skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting common issues.
• Familiarity with contact‑center platforms and software used for voice, email and chat support.
• Agility for rapid learning of new processes and tools.
