Inbound Sales Representative Analyst - Voice

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative Analyst – Voice to join its Customer Support vertical. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring complaints are addressed within defined service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints via voice channels.
• Close faults and complaints within SLA targets.
• Analyze and solve lower‑complexity problems while following moderate‑level instructions.
• Collaborate with peers across Accenture and provide updates to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow prescribed processes.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or inbound sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Quick learning agility and adaptability to rotational shift schedules.
