In-House Counsel

About the role

EnerZ, a fast‑growing electric ride‑sharing service in Kochi, is seeking an In‑House Counsel to join its legal team. This full‑time hybrid position will support the company by handling legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing sound legal advice to business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts across the organization.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate law and relevant regulations.
• Provide timely legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Support the company’s initiatives in the transportation and technology sectors.

Required profile

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting abilities.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus.
