About the role
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead Odoo ERP projects for our clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable Odoo solutions and help organisations modernise their processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Odoo ERP implementations, from requirement analysis through delivery.
- Analyse client business processes and recommend appropriate Odoo modules.
- Configure, customise and coordinate development of Odoo applications.
- Provide training and support to ensure clients become confident Odoo users.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates and identify strategic improvement opportunities.
- Contribute feedback for product enhancements and internal best‑practice development.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience implementing Odoo ERP projects.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Fast learner with strong multitasking abilities.
- Autonomous, assertive and proactive attitude.
- Strong interest in IT and enterprise technology.
