Implementation Agent – Customer Activation (Remote, India)

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Agent to lead the customer activation journey for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform. Based in India and working fully remotely, you will help new clients realise value quickly by guiding them through onboarding, adoption and early‑stage usage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15‑25 customer accounts through the activation lifecycle.
• Identify inactivity or adoption risks and execute proactive engagement plans to boost usage and reduce churn.
• Design, document and continuously improve scalable onboarding playbooks and activation processes.
• Coordinate hand‑offs with the Implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
• Analyse customer behaviour and performance metrics using CRM and business‑intelligence tools to prioritise outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to remove barriers and optimise the overall customer journey.
• Own customer outcomes by developing solutions, executing action plans and measuring activation success.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding or activation within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of driving B2B customer adoption and delivering measurable time‑to‑value.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with a data‑driven mindset.
• Highly autonomous, self‑motivated and comfortable building processes in a fast‑growing setting.
• Native‑level Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in marketplace, ag‑tech, supply‑chain or related industries is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM platforms – preferably Salesforce.
• Business‑intelligence or analytics tools such as Metabase or Snowflake.
