About the role

The company seeks a Technical Clerk to support its financial and operational activities. The position is centered on managing invoicing processes, coordinating work orders, and ensuring accurate recording of purchase and sales transactions. The role requires close interaction with project teams and the accounting department.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices for field interventions and construction site activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and timely delivery to clients.
• Organise and monitor work orders (commesse), tracking progress and maintaining documentation to support project execution.
• Prepare sales invoices, verify pricing and quantities, and coordinate with sales teams to guarantee correct billing.
• Record purchase transactions, reconcile supplier invoices, and maintain up‑to‑date purchase registers within the accounting system.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in invoicing and billing within a technical or construction environment.
• Knowledge of work order management and ability to coordinate with project personnel.
• Proficiency in handling sales invoicing and purchase registration with high accuracy.
• Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail in financial documentation.
