Immediate Joiner – Salesforce PMO (2-Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Management Office (PMO) professional for a short‑term, 2‑month contract in Mumbai. The role supports the final stage of a Salesforce implementation and its transition to the support phase, requiring immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Update the project plan and RAID log and share status updates with leadership.
• Drive daily project governance calls with Engineering, Security, Development and other cross‑functional teams.
• Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings to review and finalize project requirements.
• Raise and track user creation requests through ServiceMax.
• Create and monitor bugs and enhancement requests in JIRA.
• Lead prioritisation discussions for UAT defects and issue resolution.
• Coordinate prioritisation and tracking of production defects.
• Share Salesforce UAT templates with stakeholders as required.
• Prepare detailed project plans for specific workstreams and activities.
• Facilitate key project meetings, drive agendas and ensure clear decisions and action items.
• Track user story sign‑offs and proactively drive pending approvals to closure.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Project Management/PMO experience.
• Hands‑on experience on Salesforce implementation or support projects (mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder coordination and project governance skills.
• Experience using JIRA for issue and defect tracking.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to join immediately.
