IML Robotics Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

The IML Robotics Operator will work on the shop floor of Terra Tech Packs in Coimbatore, operating in‑mold labeling (IML) robotic systems that produce reusable food containers. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the machinery runs smoothly, meets production targets, and adheres to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up IML robotic machines and load raw materials for each production run.
• Adjust machine parameters and perform routine checks to maintain optimal performance.
• Monitor the production line, identify any equipment issues, and report them promptly.
• Carry out basic maintenance and minor adjustments using hand tools.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve output goals and product consistency.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Ability to operate and monitor IML robotic and production machinery.
• Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable working with machinery, hand tools, and performing basic adjustments.
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork.
• Basic technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields (advantageous).
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
