IM UAM Governance Manager

About the role

The IM UAM Governance Manager will lead the establishment and maintenance of governance frameworks for User Access Management across SAP S/4HANA deployments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the transformation program.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve the UAM Governance Framework, taxonomy, playbook, standards, templates, and operating procedures.
• Define governance requirements, decision forums, RACI models, escalation paths, and accountability for deployment and run‑state activities.
• Build, implement, and supervise health checks across all deployment phases, providing transparency on quality, readiness, risks, and open actions.
• Establish governance priorities, develop a culture of accountability, and drive continuous improvement of the operating model.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in User Access Management, SAP Security, SAP GRC, or related governance disciplines.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including global deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and govern operating models, governance frameworks, and segregation of duties controls.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and change‑leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment.
