ICU, Labour Room & OT Nurse Positions

About the role

We are seeking qualified nursing professionals to join our hospital team in three critical areas: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Labour Room, and Operating Theatre (OT). The positions are full‑time and involve direct patient care in high‑acuity environments. Candidates will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous monitoring and advanced nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Assist obstetric teams during labour, delivery, and post‑natal care in the Labour Room.
• Support surgical teams by preparing the OT, maintaining sterile fields, and caring for patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Participate in emergency response and code situations as required.
• Document patient observations accurately and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection‑control standards, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduates of GNM, BSc Nursing, PBBSC, or MSc Nursing programs.
• Valid nursing registration as per local regulations.
• Willingness to work full‑time in a hospital setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
