About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will join PRICON MEDITECH in Jodhpur to manage day‑to‑day HR operations. This full‑time, on‑site position supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits documentation and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, including interviews and paperwork.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening applications and arranging interviews.
- Administer HR policies, attendance, leave management and benefits documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs and provide routine HR query support.
- Promote a fair, performance‑driven workplace by collaborating with management and staff.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management with experience in core HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, implementation, communication and compliance monitoring.
- Experience in employee benefits administration and documentation.
- Ability to handle employee concerns, performance support and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with regional labour laws and statutory compliance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with HRIS or HR management software.
