About the role

Mathna Foods is seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to support its growing dairy business. You will play a key role in attracting talent, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll activities.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
Support day‑to‑day HR operations across the organization.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.
