Human Resources Specialist – Full‑time

About the role

ECKO Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full‑time, onsite Human Resources Specialist to support the employee lifecycle across its hotel and resort locations. The role will help maintain a positive, inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance‑management processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and coordinate payroll‑related information.
• Manage employee benefits administration and respond to benefits inquiries.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with management to promote training, development, and a positive culture.

Required profile

• Experience supporting the full range of HR functions.
• Knowledge of HR policies, personnel management, and employee benefits.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with discretion handling confidential data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hospitality or service‑industry experience and familiarity with HRIS or HR software are a plus.
