About the role

The Human Resources Officer will play a key part in delivering high‑quality administrative support to both internal and external customers of the hotel. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, this role ensures the HR department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to customers.
Assist the Director of Human Resources in the efficient operation of the Human Resources Department.

Required profile

University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or a business‑related field.
Experience in hotel‑related operational positions is considered a valuable benefit.
