Human Resources Manager – Vadodara

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive HR Manager to join our leadership team in Vadodara, Gujarat. This strategic, hands‑on position will own the full HR function, from talent acquisition to performance management, culture building and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the end‑to‑end hiring cycle, ensuring timely fulfillment of requisitions.
• Create a structured onboarding program that immerses new hires in company culture from day one.
• Oversee training plans, career progression paths and promotion cycles aligned with business goals.
• Run the performance appraisal process, set KRAs and goals, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
• Handle HR operations such as attendance, salary processing, leave management and employee records.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, celebrations and wellbeing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with founders, business unit heads and team leads.
• People‑centric mindset with a focus on building a thriving workplace culture.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Competitive salary ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹85,000 per month.
