Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee relations functions. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and build a strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute inclusive recruitment strategies for fresh graduates and seasoned professionals.
• Oversee a seamless onboarding experience that follows HR SOPs.
• Identify training needs, develop and monitor training plans in collaboration with managers.
• Implement fair appraisal systems and coach managers on delivering constructive feedback.
• Facilitate open communication, resolve employee grievances, and manage conflict.
• Promote a positive, healthy, and engaging workplace culture.
• Manage compensation structures, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure competitiveness.
• Stay current on employment laws, ensure compliance, and mitigate legal risks.
• Communicate updated HR policies clearly across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics reports.
• Strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or PGDM) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and drive HR strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets.
