Human Resources Manager

About the role

Agriplast Protected Cultivation, a leading greenhouse manufacturing company, is rapidly expanding across domestic and international markets. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and lead a comprehensive HR function that supports our fast‑growing, project‑ and manufacturing‑driven business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy, including workforce planning and succession for key roles.
• Build a world‑class recruitment engine for leadership, technical, and shop‑floor positions and strengthen employer branding and campus hiring.
• Drive performance management systems, accountability culture, employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Lead learning and development initiatives, including leadership development programs.
• Manage industrial and employee relations across multiple plants.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and maintain HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS platforms.
• Track and report HR scorecard metrics such as time to hire, attrition, and employee engagement.

Required profile

• 12+ years of HR experience with significant senior/leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in building recruitment engines and filling critical leadership, technical, and shop‑floor roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Hands‑on experience with performance management, succession planning, L&D, and employee engagement programs.
• Ability to implement and manage HRMS platforms and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and strategic execution skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a build‑from‑scratch environment.
