About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function at Hyatt House Bangalore Devanahalli, ensuring the department operates efficiently and aligns with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role supports employee, guest and owner expectations while embedding Hyatt’s people philosophy throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
- Implement Hyatt’s people philosophy and corporate policies across the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal standards.
- Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and develop talent pipelines.
- Manage HR metrics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources Management, HR Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager in a large‑scale operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
