Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for a hospitality property in New Delhi, overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee development. The role ensures HR services meet employee needs, support business success, and comply with all relevant laws and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job fairs, external sourcing, candidate screening, and coordination with property managers.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, respond to unemployment claims, and prepare related reports.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure cross‑training and high service standards.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with external vendors to advertise vacancies and attract a diverse candidate pool.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, benefits, and employee development functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with property managers and external partners.
