Human Resources Manager

About the role

Kerala's Renewable Energy is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for its fast‑growing solar installation and consultancy business. This on‑site role in Kannur will support the company’s mission to deliver clean, affordable energy across Kerala.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute workforce planning.
• Handle employee queries, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, HRIS records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support culture‑building activities that improve engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Strong talent acquisition, interviewing and onboarding expertise.
• Experience with performance management, goal setting and feedback frameworks.
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance and statutory requirements in India.
• Ability to manage HR documentation and maintain data confidentiality.
• Experience designing and delivering training and development programs.
• Background in organizational development within a growing business.
