Human Resources Manager

About the role

HomeGuru is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities for its on‑site team in Jodhpur. This full‑time position will drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations while supporting the company’s mission‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee onboarding of new team members and workforce planning.
• Handle performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong conflict‑resolution, coaching and guidance abilities.
• Ability to design and implement HR policies, processes and training programs.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, record‑keeping and basic HR information systems.
• Solid understanding of labour laws, compliance requirements and ethical employment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in an educational, tutoring or service‑oriented organisation is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jodhpur and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
