About the role

Ajmal Perfumes, a globally recognized luxury fragrance house, is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to partner with business leaders and drive end‑to‑end HR initiatives. You will ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to meet business needs.
• Oversee HR operations, employee data management, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with accuracy.
• Drive learning & development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
• Foster employee engagement through targeted programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Ensure smooth off‑boarding and exit processes with actionable insights.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast‑growing or startup environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
