Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at our Kaman facility. You will be responsible for shaping people strategies that support our premium broiler chicken feed and bird production business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring processes, and talent acquisition to meet operational needs.
• Manage employee onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluation cycles.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and HR software systems.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in recruitment, hiring, and talent acquisition.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement.
• Experience in policy development, compliance, and employment law.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs and support performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and knowledge of industry best practices.
